Born in Prague in 1976, I have spent much of my life abroad and speak fluent English. In 2009 I began studying traditional Chinese martial arts with sifu Jiří Hušek. I studied Yang style Tai Chi Chuan, Qixing Tanglang Quan (Seven Star Praying Mantis boxing) and Fu Jow Pai (Tiger Claw style).

I have also taught since 2022. I offer tai chi and qigong to beginners and more experienced students. Students can also study the Seven Star Praying Mantis martial art. In private lessons I adapt the practice to a person’s experience, physical possibilities and level of development.

I spent more than twenty years in the games industry. I know the working environment where most of the day is spent at a computer, and the problems connected with a sedentary way of life and stress.

Besides kung fu and qigong, my interests include meditation, Zen Buddhism and art. I am also a certified therapist of traditional Chinese Tui Na massage.
